Mandrake System

Forex market, like any other market, works in a very simple way. It accumulates in a certain area for awhile, and once the accumulation is over, it advances to a certain distance until distribution starts. Some technical analysts say that Relative Strength Index and Stochastic Oscillator are the trading tools which a trader simply can’t live without. Traders usually suffer when the market is flat. Their indicators may give false signals due to lack of volume-volatility. Mandrake system works on EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CHF and AUD/USD. You can use any short-term time frame depending on your trading style but I prefer M15 charts. Please have a look at the chart below:

Important things to remember before you use this system to trade:

• Be careful if there is a strong support(or resistance) nearby.
• Do not trade right before an important data release.

Trading Rules:Buy Signal:
-EMA Angle must be green
-All Mandrake indicators have to be dark blue.

Sell Signal:
-EMA Angle must be yellow
-All Mandrake indicators have to be red.

the pain and pleasure of forex trading

about me..

i started trading forex 5 years ago without knowing much about forex , i just jumped into it wasting thousands of dollars :(. I love it so much and i was so confident that i will make money and give up my day job. I have used all kinds of indicator thinking that there must be a PERFECT indicator out there which can outsmart the forex market. I was totally wrong , as there is no such perfect system exist. i have to admit that my greatest weakness is relying too much on my emotions you know the usual fear and greed. Many times i have heard people who shared their experience and say the same thing, trader must always detach themselves from their emotion when trading. i know that as a head knowledge but not in the heart. Now after a lot of expensive lessions i have learnt what it meant. No point in taking revenge trade you are only hurting yourself in the process. But no amount of lecture can help you to realize it you have to discover it yourself and the realization must come from within.
